2021 tavaszán a Városligetben, egy „vándor-piknikhez” hasonló, kellemes hangulatú alkalom keretein belül Kaulics Viola, Epson Art-díjas, MOME-n végzett kortárs fotóművész két modellünkön, Vadász Krisztina rendező-koreográfuson, az Y-csoport vendégrendezőjén, és a Thealter Fesztiválon bemutatásra került monodráma szerzőjén és előadóján, Márfi Márk színművészen fotózta azokat a környezetbarát alapanyagokból készített ruhadarabokat, melyeket ti is egyedileg megtervezhettek, és elkészíthettek a workshopjainkon.
A környezettudatosság mind a fotós, mind a modellek szívéhez közel áll. Mindannyian igyekeznek legalább a minimumot megtenni azért, hogy hozzájáruljanak a földünk megóvásához, kezdve azzal, hogy népszerűsítik a biopamut ruhadarabokat. Emellett Vadász Kriszta – akivel korábban már dolgoztunk együtt egy előadás jelmezein - környezettudatosságra törekszik azzal is, hogy az általa rendezett előadásokban a jelmezek használtruha boltokból beszerzett ruhadarabok átalakításával készülnek.
A képeken látható ruhákat szívesen viselnék, és viselik is a hétköznapokon. Kriszta nyári ruhatárjának állandó szereplője lett a kimonó, Márk pedig a fotózást követően igényt tartott még egy olyan biopamut pólóra, amelyet a képeken is visel. A róla készült fotók nem titkolt célja a workshopjaink népszerűsítése férfiak körében is, hiszen az öltözködés nem csak a nők életének meghatározó része, ahogy a környezettudatosság, és a fenntarthatóság sem csak a nők életére van hatással. A póló és pulóver foglalkozásokon való részvétel a férfiak számára is érdekes lehet, főként, ha azokon az általuk megálmodott, kitalált ruhadarabokat készíthetik el egy kis segítséggel, közösen a családjukkal, barátaikkal, vagy a barátnőjükkel.
A Pinkponilo stúdió 2021-es stratégiai eleme a tudásbázisú stúdióvá fejlődés, a tudatos életmódra, designra és művészetre építve. Ez a törekvés a workshopokon keresztül többféleképpen jelenik meg: az eddigi kapszulagardrób koncepció (alapdarabok személyre szabott elkészítése, mely jól variálható) mellett a tudatos fürdőszoba és konyha eszközei is elkészíthetőek, illetve ezeket a gyakorlat-központú foglalkozásokat beszélgetések és elméletibb alkalmak egészítik ki. Szezonálisan jellemző, hogy gyermekekkel közösen is dolgozunk, illetve egész évben igyekszünk alapozó és haladó szinteket megkülönböztetni: a cél a diverzitás, mind a kínálatban, mind pedig a célcsoportokban. A stúdióban készült ruhadarabok által a résztvevők megtapasztalják a ruhakészítés lépéseinek időigényességét, a kézi és gépi technológiák szükséges szakmai hátterét, illetve a textilek egyedi tulajdonságait.

Conscious wardrobe with actors
Do you know what a jersey dress is? And a kimono? Are you curious to see how those handmade, environmentally conscious garments look like, that you can make yourself in our workshops?
In Spring 2021, during a pleasant „wanderer picnic like” occasion Viola Kaulics, Epson Art awarded, MOME graduate contemporary photographer took some photos of our two models, Kriszta Vadász, director-choreographer, guest director of the Y-group, thus the author and actor of a monodrama, presented soon at the Thealter Festival, Márk Márfi, wearing our pieces of clothings made by environmental friendly materials, which you can also design and make in our workshops.
Being environmentally conscious is close to both the photographer’s and the model’s heart. They are all trying to do at least the minimum to protect our planet, starting with popularizing bio cotton clothings. Besides this, Kriszta Vadász – whom we worked together with before (link to the article) – is also trying to be environmentally conscious in her plays, by getting and modifying clothes from thrift shops into costumes.
They would, and they do wear the clothings photographed in the pictures. The kimono is a constant member of Kriszta’s summer wardrobe, and after the photoshoot Márk asked for one more bio cotton T-shirt, besides the one he’s wearing in the pictures. It’s not a secret that the photos of him were made to popularize our workshops between men, because dressing is not only a main part of women’s life, and also being environmentally conscious and sustainable has an effect in not just their lives. Participating in the T-shirt and jumper workshops can be interesting for men also, mainly if they can make their dream, unique clothings with a little help, together with their families, friends or girlfriends.
The strategic part of the Pinkponilo studio in 2021 is to upgrade into a knowledge-based studio, building it into conscious lifestyle, design and art. This pursuit appears in the workshops in different ways: besides the capsule wardrobe conception (personalized, well variable basic garments) the tools of a conscious bathroom and kitchen can also be made, moreover the practice-oriented occupations are completed with conversational and theoretical occasions. We work with children seasonally, and we are trying to distinguish beginner and advanced level workshops during the whole year: our goal is diversity both in the supply and in the target groups. Because of the clothings made in our studio, participants can experience the time-consuming steps of making a garment, the professional background of manual and machine technologies, and also the unique features of textiles.
